Marisa Bucheli2

Marisa Bucheli is a tenured professor at the Economics Department of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of the Republic of Uruguay. She holds a Ph.D. in empirical economics from the University of Granada. She also is a member of the National System of Researchers in Uruguay. Her research agenda covers issues of inequality, poverty, discrimination, gender and transfers, and she teaches undergraduate and graduate classes in her areas of specialization.

Cecilia González holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master's degree in economics from the University of the Republic. She is an Associate Professor in the Economics Department of the School of Social Sciences. She has been a member of the NTA Network since 2006, participating in several projects and publications, as well as in the Network's meetings at global and regional level. Her areas of interest are population studies, impacts of aging, time use, inequalities and health economics.
