Ricardo Córdova
- Ricardo Cordova is a sociologist from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He holds a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Pittsburgh. He is currently the executive Director of Fundaungo. His areas of interest are: democratic theory; peace processes; parties, elections and electoral reforms; political culture; violence prevention and citizen security; decentralization and local government; demographic changes and their impact on public policy; and social protection systems.
Werner Peña
- Werner Peña has worked as a consultant for the IDB, ILO and ECLAC. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Kent (UK) and a master’s degree in development economics from the University of Manchester (UK). His recent publications include:
