Roland Pardo is an economist from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés and holds a master's degree in business administration and management with specialization in finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey-Mexico and EMI-Bolivia. Roland Pardo is the Sub-Director for Social Policy of the Social and Economic Policy Analysis Unit (UDAPE), under the Ministry of Development Planning of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. He previously held positions as Economist of Fiscal Sector and Economist of Social Expenditure and Millennium Goals.
